Earn 25% recurring

A share of every client’s subscription, every month, for the life of the account — not a one-time fee.

One console for your book

Every client in its own isolated tenant, all managed from one place. Look like you have enterprise infrastructure behind you.

A platform companies trust

Hosted in India, and the registry that maps your client’s estate holds metadata and nothing else — you sell something that survives a security review.

Partner FAQ

Common questions

How much can I earn?

Certified Partners earn 25% of what each client pays, every month, for the life of the account — recurring, not a one-time fee, and paid on revenue actually collected. It compounds as your book grows.

When and how am I paid?

Monthly, in arrears, by the 15th of the following month, to your registered account. A ₹5,000 minimum applies — anything below it rolls forward and never expires.

Who owns the client relationship?

The client is RuleExpert’s customer and is billed by us; you hold an operating grant and earn while you are the active partner. We do not solicit your clients away from you, and any detachment is client-initiated only — so as long as you deliver, the client and the commission are yours.

Is the platform actually built?

Yes. The six compliance modules — Scorecard, Consent Management, DSR Automation, Data Registry, Breach Management and Vendor Governance — are live. The AI Suite is in build and marked as such. You always demo the real product, never slideware.

I am a CA or a lawyer — how does this work for me?

The Referral track is deliberately non-cash and involves no fee-sharing: you run a co-branded Scorecard and your client gets a discount, so nothing is paid to you. It is built that way because professional conduct rules treat commission carefully — ICAI Regulation 190A on engaging in other occupations, and the Bar Council rules on advertising and solicitation, which reach co-branding as much as they reach money. We are not your regulator and this is not legal advice: check the arrangement against your own institute’s rules, and tell us if you need the co-branding dropped — the track works without it.

What about my client’s data?

The platform holds what is needed to prove compliance — consent records, rights requests, evidence hashes. Proving consent under §6(10) and answering a person under §11 both require a record of that person, so those exist by design. What it does not hold is your client’s operational data: the Data Registry maps their systems and holds metadata only — structure, not records. Everything is hosted in India.

Do I need to be a DPDP expert?

For the Certified track, you should be able to deliver compliance work — the platform does the heavy lifting and we co-deliver your first clients with you. For the Referral track, you need no expertise: you run the Scorecard and introduce us.

In their words

What compliance teams tell us

“We always thought DPDP compliance was the client’s responsibility since we were only executing services. The evaluation made it clear that how we handle client data creates risk on our side too. It changed how we work internally.”
DSFounderDigital services firm
“We had a basic understanding of DPDP requirements, but the scorecard highlighted gaps we hadn’t identified internally — especially around consent handling and data visibility. It gave us a much clearer starting point.”
BSFounderB2B SaaS company
“The DPDP score was surprisingly insightful. Within minutes we could see where we stood and what needed immediate attention. It simplified something that initially felt quite complex.”
FPProduct HeadFintech platform
“After reviewing our score we opted for a consultation. The discussion was very practical — we got clear direction on what to fix first and how to approach DPDP compliance in a structured way.”
